General provisions
The Operator is the copyright holder of the glad.games portal and a party to the User Agreement. The operator carries out administration and maintenance, and also provides users with access to the portal and services (including paid services) under the terms of the User Agreement.
User - an individual visiting the portal or participating in projects of the glad.games portal.
Portal - specialized software and hardware systems located on the Operator’s resources. Access to the portal is provided to Users exclusively by the Operator. All rights to use this portal belong exclusively to the Operator.
Additional paid services - provision to the User for a fee of additional special features of the Portal. These services are optional and are provided at the User's request. Paid services are also provided by the Operator exclusively within the Portal.
Additional paid services
At the User's request, the Operator provides Additional paid services. They allow you to use the advanced capabilities of the Portal.
Additional paid services are not a mandatory condition for using the Portal and participating in Portal projects.
From the moment funds are debited from the User’s account, the Additional Paid Service is considered provided in full and of proper quality.
After the provision of an Additional Paid Service, funds spent on its purchase are non-refundable.
The User agrees that the Operator has the right to store personal information received when purchasing Additional Paid Services.
The list of Additional Paid Services and their costs are published exclusively on the website/portal. Any information and offers to purchase these services on third-party sites are considered fraudulent, and the Operator is not responsible for this.
The methods and possibility of purchasing Additional Paid Services are explained by the Operator on the Site.
The Operator does not explain the principle of operation of payment systems through which the User purchases Additional Paid Services, and is not responsible for their incorrect operation.
In case of technical failures of the Site or deliberate actions of the User, as well as in other cases when Additional paid services were provided without full or partial debiting of funds from the User’s account, the User is obliged to inform the Operator about this. After this, the User is obliged to repay the resulting debt.
The Operator does not compensate the User for unused (or partially used) Additional paid services.
The User independently and at his own expense bears all financial expenses associated with the purchase (transfer of funds for) Additional Services. These expenses include commissions, fees and other costs.
The User guarantees to the Operator that he has all the necessary rights and powers to enter into this Agreement in relation to Additional Paid Services.
If a User under 18 years of age purchases any Additional Paid Services, he must first obtain the consent of his legal representative to complete a financial transaction. The fact of purchasing an Additional Paid Service is considered confirmation of receipt of such consent. If necessary, the Operator has the right to request written confirmation of consent and passport data to determine the real age of the User.
Responsibility for purchasing Additional Paid Services lies entirely with the User and his legal representatives.
Disputes regarding liability for the purchase of Additional Paid Services with the Portal Operator are unacceptable.
Access to Additional Paid Services is provided to the User only after full payment.
In case of non-standard situations when a refund is required, for example, if the User does not receive Additional Paid Services, the User can send a message to the Administration through the contacts specified on the “Contacts” page, providing information to identify the payment.
